Happy Health Adult Day Program is seeking a Temporary Activities Director to lead engaging, therapeutic activities while covering a planned staff leave. If you’re creative, organized, and certified — we want you!
Top Responsibilities
- Plan and lead daily group & individual activities
- Create monthly activity calendars
- Adapt activities for varied ability levels
- Document participation and complete required notes
- Coordinate crafts, music, cognitive activities, and special events
- Support care plans and collaborate with nursing & social services
- Supervise activity staff & volunteers
Required Qualifications
- Activities Certification REQUIRED
(ADC, Activity Director Certification, or equivalent) - Experience with seniors, ADH, assisted living, or LTC preferred
- Strong communication, creativity, and leadership skills

- Monday–Friday
- Full-time temporary role (8–12 weeks)
