Your mission

Lead full-scope residential installations with a helper—owning the outcome, the customer experience, and the standard of workmanship. This full-time role includes travel throughout NH, MA, and ME.

How you’ll make an impact

Install and commission residential systems: split systems, furnaces, condensers, air handlers, hydronic systems, package units, and mini-splits
Run copper line sets, gas piping, low/high-voltage wiring, venting, and condensate drains to Brookside’s standards
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues decisively
Educate homeowners on system operation, maintenance, and options
Maintain a tidy, safe, and organized job site while adhering to safety and handbook policies
Model teamwork, accept feedback, and mentor your helper
Manage time and materials; arrive prepared and on schedule for jobs and meetings

What you’ll bring

Documented success installing heating and cooling systems
2+ years of dedicated HVAC installation experience
Leadership mindset with a desire to grow and develop your team
EPA Certification
High School Diploma or GED
Top-tier customer communication skills
Strong organizational discipline

$35–$45 per hour, based on experience
