Job DescriptionResponsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions that support Pickle’s core products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and deliver high-impact features
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality releases
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices, tools, and workflows
- Maintain availability for urgent business needs, including participation in on-call rotations as required
Requirements
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Go)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong understanding of software development principles, version control, and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to maintain a phone plan with voice, text, and data coverage through a national carrier, and share an up-to-date phone number for on-call coordination
