Job Description:
Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, following typical school hours
As a Behavior Technician in Malden, Massachusetts, you will:
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support individuals with behavioral challenges.
- Provide direct one-on-one support to clients in various settings, including home and school environments.
- Collect data on client progress and behavior to inform treatment decisions.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to reinforce positive behavior strategies at home.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging environment to promote learning and development.
