Exciting Opportunity for Behavior Technicians in Brookline, MA
ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (Behavior Tech) for a school-based position in Brookline, MA. As a Behavior Tech, you will help implement behavior strategies and provide direct support to students, working to improve their academic and behavioral success. This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in students' lives.
Position Details:
- Location: Onsite in Brookline, MA (School-based setting)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Hours: Full-time (30-40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Certification: Previous experience in behavior support preferred (Behavior Tech training or RBT certification a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA
- Provide individual and small group support for students with developmental or behavioral challenges
- Document and track progress in behavior goals
- Assist in fostering positive social and emotional skills in students
- Work with the school team to ensure that behavioral goals are met
