What You’ll Do:
Provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling and case management to individuals on their path to recovery from substance use disorders.

  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
  • Perform comprehensive intakes, assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide patient education on chemical dependence and the recovery process.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate aftercare and support long-term recovery.
  • Manage patient cases to ensure seamless, high-quality, and personalized care.

What You Bring:

  • Education: Master’s Degree in a clinical discipline (Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling).
  • Licensure: Must be license-eligible for LICSW or LMHC. Licensure as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC-I) or eligibility is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Knowledge and experience in addiction recovery and/or medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
  • Skills:
    • Strong group facilitation skills.
    • Sensitivity to cultural diversity.
    • Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
  • Requirements: Ability to travel locally up to 30% of the time.
