Toddler Lead Teacher (ECE Certified) The Learning Experience Dedham
Location: The Learning Experience Dedham, MA
Pay: $22$23 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday

The Learning Experience Dedham is seeking a nurturing, energetic Toddler Lead Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the toddler classroom to ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum designed to promote curiosity, independence, and social development.
- Mentor and guide assistant teachers, modeling best classroom practices.
- Build strong partnerships with families through daily communication and updates.
- Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements and health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- ECE certification (required).
- Minimum 6 months of experience working in a toddler or preschool classroom (1+ year preferred).
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
