Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

Accurately dispense and verify prescriptions while ensuring pliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws.

Lead and support pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth daily operations.

Oversee inventory, billing, and recordkeeping with a strong focus on accuracy and pliance.

Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to safety protocols.

Participate in quality assurance initiatives and maintain control over all medications, including controlled substances.
Requirements:

Active Massachusetts Pharmacist License (in good standing).

Minimum of 12 years of recent pharmacist experience.

PioneerRx system experience required.

Strong leadership, munication, and organizational skills.
