Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced and licensed School Psychologists for a fully remote, full-time position supporting school districts in the Springfield, Vermont area. This is a contract position for the 20252026academic year, with potential renewal based on performance and district needs.

Position Details:

  • Location: Remote (serving Springfield, VT area school districts)

  • Position Type: Full-Time, Contract

  • Setting: Virtual, K12 caseload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual psychoeducational assessments and evaluations

  • Interpret assessment data and communicate results to educational teams and families

  • Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior plans

  • Provide virtual counseling and consultation services to students, families, and staff

  • Collaborate remotely with school teams to support academic and social-emotional success

  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations related to school psychology services

Required Qualifications:

Candidates must meet the following Vermont state requirements:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from a NASP-approved program

  • Valid Vermont Agency of Education Educator License with endorsement in School Psychology

  • Ability to conduct assessments and interventions in a virtual setting

  • Previous school-based or remote experience preferred

  • Proficient with teletherapy platforms and virtual documentation tools

  • Reliable internet connection, secure computer setup, and private workspace

  • Must pass all required background checks and fingerprint clearance
