Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced and licensed School Psychologists for a fully remote, full-time position supporting school districts in the Springfield, Vermont area. This is a contract position for the 20252026academic year, with potential renewal based on performance and district needs.

Setting: Virtual, K12 caseload
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual psychoeducational assessments and evaluations
-
Interpret assessment data and communicate results to educational teams and families
-
Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior plans
-
Provide virtual counseling and consultation services to students, families, and staff
-
Collaborate remotely with school teams to support academic and social-emotional success
-
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations related to school psychology services
Required Qualifications:
Candidates must meet the following Vermont state requirements:

Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from a NASP-approved program
-
Valid Vermont Agency of Education Educator License with endorsement in School Psychology

Ability to conduct assessments and interventions in a virtual setting
-
Previous school-based or remote experience preferred

Proficient with teletherapy platforms and virtual documentation tools

Reliable internet connection, secure computer setup, and private workspace

Must pass all required background checks and fingerprint clearance
