Description:
In this position, you will develop the skills required to be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating company assembly documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures. Responsibilities include:
• Process, maintain and control work instruction documentation.
• Create, maintain, and control build documentation for product assembly.
• Scan and file build history documents.
• Communicate (both verbally and in writing) and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Maintain and coordinate documentation as required by the manufacturing facility ensuring that product documentation available at the point of use is at the appropriate revision.
• Maintains, controls, verifies, and ensures ECOs are in a timely manner and are accurate.
• Maintains numbering systems for new and revised quality system documentation and product documentation.
• Maintains an accurate Master Record filling system.
• Issuance of manufacturing documentation and track ultimate disposition of each issued document.
• Assist in the review of documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Keep abreast of the basic requirements for compliance in own area of work and complies with those requirements.
• Maintain a clean, neat and orderly area.
• Responsible for the quality and accuracy of own work.
KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes.
• Read and interpret prints, BOM, assembly documentation for component placement and accuracy.
• Attention to detail in both words and visual diagrams for verification of customer specs.
• Good communication both written and verbal.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.
