Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of paraprofessionals and instructional aides to support students individual needs
- Develop, implement, and modify IEPs to ensure each student receives appropriate instruction
- Create a structured and nurturing classroom environment tailored to students with moderate to severe needs
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records of their development
- Engage with families to communicate student progress and involve them in the learning process
