We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our clients team for visual inspection roles in a production environment located in Essex Junction, VT. These positions are minimum 6-month assignments with the potential to transition to temp-to-hire opportunities for candidates who demonstrate a strong fit for the role.

Key Details
•Shifts Available:
o1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
o2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
•Pay Rate: $20/hour (prior to fees, etc.)
•Location: Essex Junction, VT

Job Responsibilities
•Assist in the visual inspection area of production operations.
•Perform visual inspections of products to identify and document defects.
•Maintain attention to detail and ensure quality standards are met.
•Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflows.

Qualifications
•Experience in manufacturing is a plus but not required.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to focus for extended periods.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements
•Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
