Compensation Range: $76-$90/hrRole Overview:
Client is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex IT projects involving application development and large-scale system migrations. This hybrid role (3 days on-site in Boston) requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, risk mitigation, and exceptional communication skills to successfully deliver mission-critical projects within the Information Technology Services division.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Define project scope, schedule, resource needs, and milestones

Lead Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies across multiple projects

Manage cross-functional teams and vendors through all project phases

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Identify risks, mitigate issues, and adapt plans as business needs shift

Monitor budgets, timelines, and KPIs, and report to leadership
-
Oversee documentation, change management, and project quality

Manage multiple simultaneous initiatives with a customer-centric mindset
Must-Haves:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5–7 years of IT experience with at least 3 years managing complex/multi-stream projects

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience leading business and technical teams in client-facing roles

Proficiency in Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, and Microsoft tools

Experience managing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships

Ability to make strong decisions under pressure and navigate political environments
