This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identification of parts, completing planned maintenance reports, providing quotes and data processing
- Identifying and sourcing correct replacement parts for various products
- Assisting customers via the phone and email
- Assisting with the planned maintenance reports including reading service technician notes, customer specifications
- Processing part orders, verifying part numbers, price and availability
- Working with supplied and shipping as required
- Ensure product information, specifications and documentation is accurate in system
- Assisting customers with any concerns or issues they may have and resolving them in a timely manner
- Providing customers with written proposals and follow-up as needed
- Working with and understanding technical diagrams, schematics and parts manual
- Making sure the inventory is maintained
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with commercial appliance repair or parts is preferred
- Technical knowledge of commercial appliances and components is preferred
- Proficient computer skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail, organized, time management
- Ability to lift and move heavy parts or equipment as needed for parts orders and inventory
Hours
Monday through Friday -7:30am to 4:30pm or 8am to 5pm
The salary is up to $65,000 a year based on experience
