Job Description

Job DescriptionEmbark on a rewarding path as a Licensed Practical Nurse specializing in Long‑Term Care in New Hampshire’s picturesque Lakes Region, with meaningful assignments centered in Laconia and opportunities to rotate to other locations across the country. This role invites you to make a lasting impact on residents’ daily lives, comfort, and dignity, delivering compassionate, hands‑on care that supports independence and quality of life. The work is demanding, yet profoundly fulfilling, and the Granite State offers a refreshing landscape to sustain your dedication. In your spare moments you can explore serene lakes, charming New England towns, and vibrant fall foliage that transforms every season into a backdrop for purpose‑driven practice. From the tranquil shores of Lake Winnipesaukee to the scenic trails of nearby mountains, New Hampshire provides a stimulating environment where professional growth and personal well‑being go hand in hand. If you ever expand your horizons through our nationwide program, you’ll carry confidence, flexibility, and a network of colleagues ready to support you every step of the way.

Location benefits extend beyond the locale’s natural beauty. In Laconia you’ll operate within a close‑knit community that values kindness, teamwork, and high‑quality elder care, with access to outdoor recreation, good schools, and a family‑oriented atmosphere. The opportunity to work in diverse locations across the United States adds variety to your clinical experience, exposing you to different facility cultures, team dynamics, resident populations, and best practices in long‑term care. You’ll benefit from a predictable schedule, reliable income, and the chance to deepen your clinical repertoire while maintaining work‑life balance. The arrangement emphasizes local adaptability and regional support, ensuring you always have a steady hand to guide you, whether you’re in New Hampshire or visiting other communities nationwide.

In this role you will bring clinical expertise and compassionate patient engagement to a broad spectrum of long‑term care residents. Your key responsibilities will include providing direct nursing care under supervision, monitoring vital signs and clinical status, administering medications and treatments in accordance with regulations and physician orders, and performing essential tasks such as wound care, dressing changes, infection control, and catheter/ostomy care as appropriate. You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility and restorative therapies, and support rehabilitation goals while helping residents maintain autonomy and safety. Documentation in electronic health records, care planning collaboration with RNs and interdisciplinary teams, and timely communication of changes in condition are core duties. You will participate in rounds, contribute to pain management and palliative care discussions, support nutritional needs, and lead falls prevention and safety initiatives. This role also invites growth in geriatric care, chronic disease management, and palliative approaches, enabling you to refine assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking in a supportive team environment.

Our program offers competitive benefits designed to honor your expertise and reliability. You will earn weekly pay in the range of $1,072 to $1,129, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week, starting with an anticipated start date of 11/17/2025 for a multi‑week assignment. You’ll have opportunities for a sign‑on bonus and housing assistance to ease relocation or temporary housing, plus potential contract extensions that reflect your performance and the facility’s needs. The arrangement is built to reward commitment and continuity, with the option to extend beyond the initial term to further your experience in long‑term care settings. Comprehensive support is a hallmark of the program, including 24/7 assistance while traveling with the company, travel coordination, and clinical liaison availability to address concerns, licensing questions, or practice questions in real time. You’ll receive ongoing mentorship and access to resources that promote clinical excellence and safe, person‑centered care for every resident.

Company values center on empowering clinicians to grow, learn, and lead within a supportive, team‑oriented culture. We are committed to your career advancement, providing structured onboarding, continuing education opportunities, and pathways to expand responsibilities as you gain expertise in geriatrics, wound care, rehabilitation support, and care coordination. You will join a network of like‑minded professionals who value reliability, empathy, and professional integrity, all while maintaining work environments that encourage open communication, mutual respect, and well‑being. Our goal is not only to meet the care needs of residents but to foster a fulfilling professional journey for you, where your contributions are recognized and your development is prioritized.

If you’re ready to blend compassionate, hands‑on nursing with diverse practice settings and scenic New England living, this is the opportunity to apply your LPN expertise to make a real difference. Join us to support residents in long‑term care, grow your clinical capabilities, enjoy robust benefits, and experience a program that values your dedication and professional development. Apply now to be part of a team that respects your skill, invests in your growth, and stands by you with 24/7 support as you travel, learn, and advance in your career.
