What You’ll Do
- Prepare and configure a variety of production machines to meet run specs and schedule targets.
- Operate equipment with care, continuously checking for quality, consistency, and throughput.
- Perform routine upkeep—cleaning, lubrication, changeovers—and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Follow safety procedures and keep your station orderly and compliant.
- Partner closely with teammates to fine-tune processes and resolve line interruptions.
- Record production results and promptly escalate any irregularities to supervisors.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
- Hands-on experience running manufacturing equipment or similar machinery.
- Strong mechanical instincts and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to read technical instructions, specs, and equipment manuals.
- Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to consistent quality.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving setting with shifting priorities.
