- Setting: Obstetrics Delivery (Labor & Delivery / Postpartum Recovery Unit)\n
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts\n
- Hours: 36 hours per week (guaranteed 72 hours biweekly)\n
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2520-$2700\n
- Employment Type: Travel Nurse, On-Site\n
\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts (required for Massachusetts nursing jobs)\n
- Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience\n
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification\n
- Ability to float within the department and assist in NICU as needed\n
- Must be separated from Beth Israel Lahey Health for at least 6 months (perm, per diem, or contract)\n
- All requested time off must be communicated at time of submission\n

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum Recovery Unit\n
- Monitor and assess mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and recovery\n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
- Float within the department and provide clinical support in the NICU\n
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and care\n
