\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
- \n
- Active Vermont RN license required\n
- Minimum 2 years recent Med/Surg Rehabilitation nursing experience\n
- At least 3 months of travel nursing experience\n
- Charge RN experience required\n
- ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA)\n
- BSN preferred\n
- Must have own vehicle (no public transportation available)\n
- Not eligible for local travelers (must reside more than 50 miles from facility)\n
- Ability to float between Acute Rehab and Med/Surg units\n
- Profile must include work history, current skills checklist, and at least one supervisory reference from the past two years\n
- Maximum of 5 days of requested time off during assignment (requests must be submitted at upload)\n
\n\nMed/Surg RN Responsibilities\n

- Coordinate total nursing care for patients in the Rehab Med/Surg unit\n
- Serve as backup Charge Nurse as needed\n
- Educate patients and families on care plans and rehabilitation processes\n
- Collaborate with ancillary staff and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care\n
- Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR\n
- Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing team members\n
- Adapt to floating between Acute Rehab and Med/Surg units as required\n
