Leadership Opportunity - Lead Pediatrician Opening in New Hampshire
We are seeking a pediatrician to join our outpatient practice! This position offers the opportunity to oversee the department while providing access to professional development resources and a supportive on-site environment.

Practice Setting:
- Employed position with a well-respected outpatient clinic serving a community of 15 towns
- Collaborative environment with a supportive team of 12 providers (7 physicians, 5 APPs)
- Modern clinic with 50 exam rooms and 4 procedure rooms, providing a comfortable and efficient workflow
- Various opportunities for professional growth and leadership
Schedule:
- Flexible scheduling options to accommodate individual needs
- Minimal call responsibility of 1-2 days per month, primarily phone call
Compensation and Benefits:
- Strong compensation package of $265,000 annually, with bonus potential
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and malpractice insurance
- 7 weeks of PTO, including holidays, as well as CME time and allowance
- 401(k) with a 6% employer match
