Qualifications:
- Valid Vermont Agency of Education License in Special Education
- Experience working with K-2 students, particularly in inclusive classrooms
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Proficiency in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students special education needs through prehensive testing and observations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to each students unique requirements.
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure effective adaptation of the curriculum.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required by state regulations.
- Engage with students and create a positive learning environment that fosters social and emotional development.
