Job Description:

They are seeking a motivated and skilled Estate Planning Associate to join their team of experienced attorneys. As an Estate Planning Associate, you will work closely with senior partners and clients to develop personalized estate plans that align with their financial goals and ensure the seamless transfer of wealth. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

· Conducting thorough consultations with clients to assess their financial objectives, family dynamics, and long-term goals.

· Collaborating with senior attorneys to design and implement complex estate plans, including wills, trusts, and advanced directives.

· Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.

· Analyzing and advising on tax implications, wealth preservation, and charitable giving strategies.

· Assisting clients in the administration of trusts and estates, including probate proceedings.

· Staying updated on current estate planning laws and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.

· Building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and excellent services

Qualifications:

· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

· Admission to the bar in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

· 5-7 years of experience in estate planning, preferably gained at a reputable law firm.

· Strong understanding of federal and state estate tax laws.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Detail-oriented with the ability to handle complex legal matters.

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.

· Client-focused mindset and a high level of professionalism.

· Experience with trust administration and probate proceedings is a plus.
