 Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide individualized therapy to help students develop fine motor, sensory, and self-regulation skills.</li>
<li>Collaborate with teachers and staff to create strategies that support student success in the classroom.</li>
<li>Assess students needs and develop tailored intervention plans.</li>
<li>Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.</li>
<li>State licensure as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility to obtain).</li>
<li>Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred.</li>
<li>Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li>
