About the Role
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee high-end residential projects across Greater Boston and Metro West. This role ensures that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the Gold Beech standard of excellence. You will manage client relationships, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, and lead teams with professionalism and purpose.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily and weekly planning meetings, ensuring clear communication and efficiency
- Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and client milestones
- Ensure all work meets Gold Beech quality standards, plans, and specifications
- Oversee project documentation including change orders, RFIs, and reports
- Serve as the point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors
- Mentor field crews, subcontractors, and junior staff to foster a culture of excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing high-end residential construction projects
- Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor's License required
- OSHA 30 Certification required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with construction management software (JobTread, Buildertrend, or Procore)
- Ability to read and interpret complex construction documents
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation across Greater Boston and Metro West
- Bonus: Bilingual in Portuguese or Spanish (not required)
Compensation and Benefits
- Full-time position
- Competitive salary $110,000 - $135,000 per year based on experience
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
- 80 hours PTO in your first year, with accrual increases over time
- 10 paid holidays plus a paid holiday break from December 24 through January 1
