D/N ROTATION - 36HRS/WK\n48 beds of step-down level of care for cardiology, EP, and cardiac surgical patients.\nCardio Thoracic surgical patients, pre and post CHF, telemetry, vascular, Pulmonary HTN, temporary pacers\nRN Patient ratios on days and nights: Days 1:3, Nights 1:4-5, depending on acuity\nMUST HAVE MINIMUM OF 1.5YRS OF RECENT EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE.\nMedSurg:\n\n- Chest tubes\n\n- Tubes\n\n- Drips such as Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, or amiodarone\n\n- Lines/Tubes/drains for post-surgical patients\n\n- Trachs/Laryngectomies\n\n- Telemetry\n\n- Complex wounds\n\n- Central Lines – care and maintenance and blood draws\n\nStepdown:\n\n- Hemodynamic monitoring\n\n- Invasive BP monitoring through arterial lines\n\n- Nitro, primacor, dobutamine, dopamine drips\n\n- Bi-PAP/ C-PAP\n\n- Low dose pressors, vasoactive meds, and inotropes\n\n- Trachs\n\n- Complex wounds\n\n- Lines/ tubes/ drains for post-surgical patients\n\n- External pacers, epicardial wires, TR bands\n\nRequired Credentials:\n\n- NH RN License or Compact License (Proof of State Residency Required)\n\n- BLS\n\n- ACLS
