A family owned manufacturing is currently seeking a Manufacturing Production Manager for a full-time Permanent opportunity located in North Attleboro, MA

Responsibilities of Manufacturing Production Manager include:

-Plan and coordinate production processes and activities based

-Develop and implement quality control programs/operating methods to improve product quality

-Assign, maintain, and make adjustments to production schedules and priorities

-Manage equipment maintenance including required resources and estimation costs

-Measure and monitor productivity and performance from employees

-Hire, train and supervise staff while providing leadership and guidance

-Delegate assignments to staff, promoting a team environment to effectively reach individual and team goals

-Ensure employees follow all policies, procedures, and regulations

-Communicate with other departments for collaboration

-Identify budget needs or reductions while analyzing department budget

-Provide coverage as required

-Perform other related tasks as assigned

Requirements of Manufacturing Production Manager:

-Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

-3-5 years of production management experience

-Previous manufacturing and production processes experience

-Excellent leadership skills and team -oriented

-Bilingual a plus

-Strong problem solving, conflict resolution and decision-making skills

-Ability to multi-task and prioritize

-Well organized with great attention to detail

-Great computer skills

-Able to work In a fast-paced environment while meeting goals

-Strong customer service and communication skills

Hours: 7:00am-3:45pm Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $90,000-$110,000/year
