Compensation

Base: $95,000$120,000
Bonus: Up to 20% based on KPM performance

About the Role

Lead mitigation operations for SERVPRO across our Manchester, NH and Salem, MA locations. Youll manage Project Managers, Crew Chiefs, Technicians, and our Facility Supervisor, driving speed, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction for water, fire, and mold mitigation.

What Youll Lead

  • People: Hire, coach, and performance-manage PMs and field teams; build bench strength and elasticize capacity for large scale events.

  • Operations: Standardize professional and efficient operating procedures.

  • Scheduling/Dispatch: Align crews/equipment; manage on-call; ensure rapid response.

  • Financials: Own job gross margin, labor/equipment utilization, materials, and billing readiness.

  • Quality/Compliance: IICRC/OSHA/Carrier standards met on every job; safety-first culture.

  • Customers/Carriers: Proactive communication with property owners, adjusters, and program partners. Drive 5-star Google reviews.

Must-Have Qualifications


  • 5+ years restoration mitigation experience and 2+ years leading PMs/field teams.

  • IICRC WRT required; ASD preferred (FSRT/AMRT a plus).

  • Xactimate proficiency (scope, sketch, line items, documentation).

  • Valid drivers license; able to travel between NH and MA.


Success in the First 6 Months

  • Predictable schedules; cycle time down and WIP clean. Stable and adequate production staff capacity.

  • Gross margin at target; rework minimized.

  • Documentation (logs, photos, signatures) billing-ready within 48 hours of completion.

  • Safety/compliance incidents: zero. Facilities organized, neat and all equipment/vehicles operational
