Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
Implement evidence-based therapeutic exercises and interventions to restore mobility and function
Educate patients and families on techniques for injury prevention and rehabilitation
Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes
Requirements:
Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
Current BLS certification
Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
