Job DescriptionDescriptionWe are seeking a hands-on IT Manager to lead our technology operations at a fast-paced, high-quality PRINT manufacturing company. This role is ideal for a technically strong, process-savvy leader who can manage infrastructure, ERP systems, and internal software development. You will oversee one direct report and coordinate with external vendors.Requirements · Administer and maintain SQL Server databases, SSRS/BI reports, and custom SQL queries.· Oversee our ePS Technique ERP system, ensuring smooth workflows from estimating to shipping.· Maintain and modernize internal software tools built in C#.NET, ASP.NET, and VBA.· Support and manage infrastructure: servers (Hyper-V), workstations, network (Cat5/6, SonicWall), phone system (8x8), camera/FOB security.· Administer Office 365 domain (Teams, SharePoint, onboarding/offboarding).· Manage vendors and lead IT-related projects. QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of IT experience, ideally in manufacturing or production environments.
- Strong skills in SQL, ERP systems, and custom application development.
- Experience with Office 365, basic networking, and server environments.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage projects from end to end.
