Aerospace CNC Turning Programmer (Mastercam 2026)
Job Description
Job Description
It’s first shift in Westfield, MA, and the lights are already up in our clean, well-lit shop. You’ll check the day’s priorities, open Mastercam 2026, and begin crafting programs for multi‑axis vertical and horizontal lathes that will cut precise aerospace components from materials like Inconel and titanium. By mid-morning, you’re collaborating with a close-knit team of machinists, reviewing a complex print, selecting tooling, and refining a process that holds tight tolerances. In the afternoon, you’re on the floor validating a setup, making minor adjustments, and guiding a large project through the shop.
