Compensation:

$120,000 - $185,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and timely communication.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for listings.
  • Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate insights.
  • Assist clients in navigating the buying or selling process, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.
  • Leverage our comprehensive training program to enhance your skills and grow your real estate career.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Valid real estate license.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
