Job Details
- Advise clients on zoning, land use, and permitting for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
- Appear before zoning boards, planning commissions, and licensing boards throughout Massachusetts
- Draft and negotiate easements, land use agreements, and development-related documents
- Conduct due diligence on title, permitting feasibility, environmental considerations, and code compliance
- Navigate tax-free exchanges, abatements, and ownership structures in connection with real estate transactions
Looking For:
- J.D. and active license to practice in Massachusetts
- 4+ years of experience in land use, zoning, or real estate development law
- Demonstrated experience appearing before zoning, planning, and licensing boards
- Strong understanding of Massachusetts permitting frameworks, zoning codes, and municipal processes
