Duties
Your Day-to-Day: ✨ Develop and deliver fun, age-appropriate lesson plans ✨ Lead and inspire assistant teachers, volunteers, and substitutes ✨ Keep the classroom lively, clean, and organized ✨ Follow state regulations and ensure children’s safety ✨ Keep families informed and updated with smile-worthy reports and bulletin boards ✨ Foster positive discipline and a supportive, safe atmosphere ✨ Stay on top of training and certifications, including CPR/First Aid
Requirements
What We’re Looking For: ✅ Strong knowledge of child development (especially toddlers!) ✅ Vermont Early Childhood Career Ladder Level III or equivalent education/experience ✅ Physically able to join in the fun (yes, floor activities included!) ✅ Great communicator with a commitment to creating a safe and exciting environment ✅ Able to lift up to 50 lbs ✅ Valid driver’s license and a clean background check (safety first!)
