LHH has partnered with a valued client to find a temporary real estate attorney to join their team. This role is hybrid in Waltham, MA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage commercial real estate transactions from start to finish

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of property-related agreements

  • Oversee title, survey, and other due diligence processes

  • Advise on property issues involving private entities and government agencies

  • Support cross-functional initiatives impacting company real estate assets

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor and active bar admission (MA required)

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate law

  • Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple matters and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders

Pay Details: $50.00 to $70.00 per hour
