This role focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including title insurance, title review, and closing procedures. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate law and a strong understanding of title and escrow processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and clear commercial real estate titles.
- Advise clients on title insurance and escrow matters.
- Manage closing procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Draft and review legal documents related to property transactions.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to resolve title issues.
Qualifications:
- Licensed attorney in MA and good standing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
- Expertise in title insurance, title review, and escrow management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
