Adecco is hiring immediately Plastic Manufacturing Associates for a Client in Rutland, VT. Manufacturing Associates do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $17.00-$18.00/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will play a hands-on role in producing high-quality plastic components that support industries across the country, monitor injection molding components with precision and attention to detail, perform quality checks, and deflash parts to meet customer specifications, and collaborate with team members and actively contribute to a positive, supportive environment.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
-
1-2 years’ experience
-
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions

Ability to stand for an entire shift and walk around the warehouse

Collaborate with team members and actively contribute to a positive, supportive environment.

Comfort using hand tools and measuring equipment (tape measure proficiency a plus).

Experience in injection molding or extrusion processes (preferred).

A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a desire to keep learning new skills.

Physical Requirements: 50 lbs. assisted

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
