Forest Properties Management, Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our Waterford Place Property located in Manchester, NH. The Supervisor will oversee a team, manage projects, and perform both administrative duties and general maintenance for a multifamily apartment community.


Essential Duties and Requirements:

  • Oversee work orders and projects, schedule vendors and contractors required for turns/ renovations; order necessary materials and equipment; manage team tasks.
  • Utilize technology ie. internet, tablet, mobile to send emails, place orders, view/reassign work orders, write on whiteboard, etc.
  • Perform repairs as needed for appliances, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and heating/cooling systems.
  • Prioritize and ensure all service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Communicate and work well with residents, management, team members, vendors, and contractors.
  • Ability to work a rotational on-call schedule, including overtime and weekends, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must have 1-2 years as a supervisor with ability to communicate, delegate, and estimate project completion timelines (requires reading, writing, math/measuring, and basic technological skills).
  • At least 5 years’ experience in carpentry, flooring, plumbing, electrical, or painting. Some HVAC or appliance repair experience preferred, but not necessary.
  • Ability to lift 75 Lbs. or more, and engage in physical activities such as walking, crouching, bending, reaching small spaces, standing prolonged periods.
  • Must have your own tools and reliable transportation.
  • Eligibility to work in the USA and provide proof if hired.


Pay and Benefits:

The pay rate is based upon qualifications and experience.
