Soliant is seeking a Pharmacist for a Direct Hire or Temporary opportunity in St. Albans, VT.
Job Details:
- Location: St. Albans, VT
- Duration: Direct Hire OR Temporary
- Schedule: Variable, evenings required at times
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Supervising Pharmacist or Pharmacist-in-Charge, ensuring pliance with federal, state, and board of pharmacy regulations.
- Manage pharmacy operations, including budgeting, payroll, third-party administration, scheduling, and inventory.
- Oversee and train pharmacy support staff, ensuring pliance with pany policies.
- Engage in munity business development and patient-centered services (e.g., immunizations, MTM, wellness programs).
- Provide medication counseling to patients and healthcare providers, monitoring patient progress.
- Maintain quality improvement programs to ensure patient safety.
- Maintain continuing education requirements as mandated by state law.
Ideal Candidate:
- Active Vermont Pharmacist License
- Immunization Certification (Required)
