Join our team as a second shift Maintenance Mechanic, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facility. Initially, you will receive training on the first shift for about a month. This role involves predominantly preventative maintenance work, along with occasional repairs and facilities upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently.
- Conduct on-the-fly repairs as needed to minimize downtime.
- Participate in facilities upkeep to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Collaborate with operators to monitor and ensure the smooth functioning of automated systems.
Essential Skills
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of industrial machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Capability to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Proven ability to work independently.
- Possession of personal tools for maintenance tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with motors, pumps, and hoses.
- Familiarity with hydraulic systems prevalent in the facility.

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:10 PM to 12:00 AM. The role is based in an industrial environment, which, while not a cleanroom, requires adherence to food safety standards, including wearing beard and hair nets.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
