Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) aligned with students unique learning requirements.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and parents to ensure comprehensive support.
- Utilize evidence-based instructional methods to adapt lessons and materials.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Maintain detailed records and prepare reports in compliance with educational standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to professional development initiatives.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in special education.
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
