The Family Medicine RN assesses, plans, organizes, provides, and evaluates nursing care utilizing the nursing process and critical thinking in an outpatient clinical environment.

3+ years CURRENT Family Medicine/Clinic experience - Required
Clinical Office Experience - Required
PHONE Triage experience - Required
EPIC EMR experience - HIGHLY Preferred
Previous Travel - Preferred
Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
Profile Requirements: Work History, Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year, 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys and BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
