Bernheim Kelley Battista (BK) is seeking a staff attorney with up to three years of experience. The successful candidate has excellent writing skills and is proficient in fact and legal research. BK offers a competitive salary, top-quality health insurance, and a 401(k).
This is an exciting opportunity for a developing attorney to work among a top-tier team of Tobacco litigators. The position is a traditional staff attorney role, focused on legal research and writing, with room for growth.
Onsite position with flexibility to be offsite 1-2 days per week

Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, or in a state with reciprocity to Massachusetts
