Position / Specialty: Telemetry Observation RN
Tele observation unit is a 10-bed observation for patients who are being ruled out for certain diagnosis and is usually a 24 to 48 hour stay.
Telemetry observation - Diagnosis varies (medical). Occasional overflow surgical. No medication drips. Must have a strong Tele experience/ able to function autonomously.
Shift: 4x12 N
Ratios: Unknown, 10-bed unit
Years of experience REQ: 2 years
First-timers accepted: SCREEN – must have 2-3 years of experience and Epic or Cerner experience
Weekend REQ: Y -2-3 in 6 weeks (Saturday/Sunday)
Certs REQ:
- MA state license required
- ACLS
- BCLS
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? Y - 5-6 night shifts in 6 weeks (22:00-07:00 on-call)
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Y - M/S Tele
Open to accommodating block schedule? TBD by unit’s needs

Pending License accepted: N – must be valid at time of submission.
RTO Restrictions: Finalized RTO must be included with submission. No RTO will be added after signing.
