Overview
Blazer Jobs is seeking a professional and dependable Paraprofessional to join a collaborative special education team in Billerica, Massachusetts. Compensation
Hourly rate: $23.45$27.60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Weekly pay and dedicated recruiter support provided throughout the assignment.

Job Responsibilities
Provide instructional and behavioral support for students in special education programs
Implement ABA and other evidence-based strategies under the supervision of certified staff
Support data collection and progress monitoring for student programs
Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment
Communicate effectively with teachers, therapists, and families regarding student progress and needs
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Requirements
Prior experience working with ABA or behavior intervention programs required
Experience in school or special education environments strongly preferred
Must have strong professional references and reliable transportation
Must meet Massachusetts paraprofessional requirements (such as associate degree, 48 college credits, or passing the Parapro Assessment)
Must complete CORI and other required background checks before beginning the assignment
