Awning Installer (Full-Time)
Otter Creek Awnings, Vermont’s leading awning company, is looking to hire a dedicated and hardworking Awning Installer to join our team.
Based out of our Williston, VT location, you will work with our installation teams to expertly install custom awnings and shade products for clients throughout Vermont and parts of New York and New Hampshire. If you're a hands-on individual who enjoys physical work and has a positive attitude, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do

Work as part of a professional installation team to install high-quality awning and shade products.

Perform physically demanding work for full workdays, including lifting and carrying at least 50 pounds repeatedly.

Work safely and confidently at heights while climbing ladders.

Follow established processes and procedures to ensure all installations are completed to the highest standards.

Represent the company with a positive and professional attitude while on a client's property.

Start the workday promptly at 7:00 AM.
What You'll Bring

A high school diploma or equivalent.

A positive, professional, and self-motivated attitude.

Comfortable with heights and working on ladders.

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

The ability to work well within a team environment.

On-the-job training will be provided, so prior experience is not required.
Pay & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience.
