Full-Time Teacher Float

9:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Monday–Friday
$19.10 – $29.00/hour (based on education & experience)

Do you love working with children and enjoy variety in your day? We’re looking for a Teacher Float who brings energy, creativity, and heart into every classroom they step into.

As a Float Teacher, you’ll support different classrooms, help create safe and joyful learning spaces, and build meaningful connections with children and families.

What You’ll Do

• Create a safe, caring, and fun environment for kids
• Support classrooms with lessons, activities, and transitions
• Engage children with creative play, learning, and exploration
• Help with snacks, outdoor time, and daily routines
• Communicate with parents using our parent app
• Keep children safe, happy, and thriving

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
• EEC Certified (or eligible)
• 1+ year of childcare experience
• CPR & First Aid (or willing to obtain)
• A warm, patient, and reliable team player
