We are seeking a committed, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our well-established legal firm. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, self-motivated professional with a passion for law and a drive to make a difference. This role will involve working on a variety of legal issues, providing expert advice to our clients, and representing them in court. As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most respected legal minds in the industry, and you will be expected to uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and integrity.

1. Provide expert legal advice to clients on a variety of legal issues.
2. Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
3. Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments in the most effective manner.

5. Negotiate settlements and agreements in the best interest of the client.
Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to the bar in Massachusetts.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney.
4. Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating legal documents.
5. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts.
