Exciting Opportunity for a Full-Time School-Based Case Manager in Derry, New Hampshire!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate services for students with special needs and ensure they receive appropriate support.

• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

• Monitor student progress and adapt services as needed.

• Offer resources and guidance to families to enhance their childs educational experience.

Qualifications:

• Active State Licensure or Certification in New Hampshire.

• Previous school-based experience in case management or a related role is required.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Position Details:

• Classroom: K-12

• Hours per Week: Full-Time (35-40 hours)

• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience.

Contract Duration:

• Current school year with the option to extend for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year.
