Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Experience working with children, preferably in schools
• Strong munication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of IEP processes and educational laws

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students and develop individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct therapy services focusing on speech, language, and munication needs
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement acmodations & modifications
• Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
• Provide consultation and resources for parents and caregivers
