Job DescriptionJob Title: Production AssociateJob Description

The Production Associate is responsible for the manufacturing of coils and the assembly of finished products as well as assigned soldering processes as required.

Responsibilities

  • Soldering components, configuring cabling, and configuring wires -- will be trained
  • Manufacture products in compliance with production control documentation
  • Ensure the quality of work and meet all Quality System requirements for the tasks assigned
  • Assist with the movement of materials through the workstations and properly label all bins and trays
  • Ensure product meets the current quality requirements
  • Document time to appropriate manufacturing orders, following process specifications and production rules

  • Comfortable using small hand tools for small part assembly/winding
  • Ability to cross train across the floor, assembly, soldering, wiring, mechanical

  • Ability to lift up to 20-30 pounds

Work Environment

Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday to Friday, with Fridays used for overtime. Open concept manufacturing floor with separate workstations for each employee. Product will flow from station to station.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
