Service Technician
Access Control, Doors, Electrical, Light Programming
What You Get to Do:
-
Handle average of 3 to 5 calls a day

Diagnose and repair access control systems, cameras, door hardware, auto operators, and connected system

Use a multimeter to troubleshoot low-voltage electrical issues

Investigate system errors, sometimes caused by admin-level user changes, and fix the root issue

Work primarily within 90 minutes of Foxborough
-
Be part of a commercial-hour service team (9–5), with limited off-hour calls
What You've Already Done:
-
Worked with door hardware, mechanical closers, and low-voltage systems
-
Used a meter in the field and are confident troubleshooting power or wiring issues
-
Familiar with basic networking and system configuration

Comfortable working independently and solving problems on-site

Exposure to gates, turnstiles, or similar security hardware is a bonus but not required

Experience in locksmithing or light programming is helpful but can be taught
